The project is intended to stabilize homeless families experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders using permanent housing. The Iowa Consortium for Substance Abuse Research and Evaluation will conduct a process and outcome evaluation for ASAC's Supportive Housing (SHARP) Project, funded by SAMHSA.
