Polk County is a demonstration site for the implementation of the Safe Babies Court Team™ (SBCT) for child welfare-involved families, many of whom are experiencing SUDs. The Consortium is involved with the Polk County project by providing the Safe Babies program coordination and facilitating system and capacity building in collaboration with Zero to Three and the national Infant-Toddler Court Program.
