Ms. Ling's work focuses on program evaluation and implementation. She is interested in women's health, child health, and mental health as well as health equity. She is now working on expanding the Zero to Three Safe Babies program and contributes to data quality improvement, and project evaluation, with the Center for Public Health Evaluation and Research.

She holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, focusing on Social and Behavioral Interventions.
