Data were collected from the community ITCP professionals using two data collection strategies; results of that effort is the focus of this report. Findings from this mixed-methods analysis are intended to inform continuous quality improvement efforts, support state-level planning and decision-making, and contribute to broader efforts to strengthen infant-toddler court programming and improve public child welfare outcomes.
